NHS Acute Trust Appointment Letters

We currently receive data on a daily basis from many acute trust’s across the country via our Connecting For Health N3 Network Link.  Data is then filtered through a data preparation programme, which then prints the letter according to bespoke requirements of the trust. There are various improvements that can be made to patient letters including increasing text size by date of birth for elderly patients, bolding up appointment date and times to reduce DNA’s and adding barcodes to allow for patient self check in. Our offering is truly unique to each trust’s requirements.
